Our training facility:

CDR consists of two primary sections:
1. Classroom environment
2. Training house

Our 5300 square foot training facility is fit to serve. Seating our students comfortably with high back seating, full kitchen facility and 80” screen projection makes us your #1 choice for training. We pride ourselves on the quality education and quality meals served at all schools.

Our training house, “The Flood House” , is a 1024 square foot modular home used to show our students results. A fully functional, fully furnished environment with various types of carpet, hardwood and vinyl flooring, wall surfaces, paints, cabinets and substrates.
This house, believe it or not, is the only one of its kind located “outside”, exposed to the elements offering realistic conditions, in Barrie, Ontario, Canada.
This house is used for advanced training schools, which at CDR are all “hands on”. Used for Applied Structural Drying, Fire & Smoke, Carpet, Upholstery and houses training for Applied Microbial Remediation courses.
